Job description
The Social Committee exists to help members get to know each other and to celebrate throughout the year. PMHC is ready to resurrect our Social Committee with a new emphasis on celebrating a diverse range of events with activities for all ages and backgrounds. Ideally, the committee would arrange a minimum of 1-2 activities for the entire community, 1-2 activities for children and 1-2 adult-only activities. This could include simple/low-cost activities such as a game night or movie night up to the annual Pheastiva. A budget will be provided to this committee.
• Regular meetings to discuss ideas and plan events
• Create a tracking spreadsheet to monitor the budget
• Validate vendor invoices and submit for payment
• Advertise/promote the activities through the Pheasant Meadows Facebook Group/posters/email
• On a monthly basis, submit a summary report of activities to the Board

One member of the committee will be required to have a computer/internet to submit reports to the Board and also to maintain a spreadsheet to track the budget.

• Positions on this committee will be appointed by the Board
