We have 14 – 2 bedroom units, 20 – 3 bedroom units, 4 – 4 bedroom units and
2 one-level 2 bedroom units.
There is a maximum housing charge for all units and this normally increases annually by 2-5%.

Member Participation
Member participation in the management and operation of the co-op is essential to the success of the co-op, as well as to maintaining a sense of pride in ownership from its members. For this reason, members are required to contribute a minimum of 2 hours per month. Volunteering for a committee that appeals to you is a great way to contribute to the co-op, meet new people, and get to know your neighbours! There are several committees in which members can participate.
